This very yellow vacation rental was transformed to a calm, cool, island modern oasis for our Seattle based clients. This was a very unique situation where our clients would only live in their vacation home for month out of the year. The rest of the year, they will be renting it out to vacationers. With that in mind, we need to strategically and mindfully pick our furnishings and materials.

The scope of work for the space required new flooring in the bedrooms, paint, furnishings, light fixtures, We went for an elevated, island modern design. We loved choosing furnishing and fabrics from local business like Noho Home to modernize the space. We are so happy with the outcome of our design!
